consolidate the Display and Touch commodity, to fewer suppliers with better pricing, and creating a long-term partnership
with the key suppliers.
▪ Consolidated the supply base from Japan and Korea and introduced new suppliers from Taiwan and China with high
technical capabilities.
▪ Managed the supplier’s relationship with the company’s factory and approved EMS. Negotiated RMA agreements between
