Administrative Support: Assist management and team members in scheduling meetings, setting schedules, and
handling routine paperwork, including email, phone, and mail communications.
Responsible for maintaining and organizing company documents and records,
ensuring the integrity and accessibility of file archives.
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking meeting rooms, preparing materials, sending
invitations and following up on meeting minutes.
Maintains inventory of office equipment and supplies to ensure a clean and orderly office environment.
Information transfer: Acts as a key point of contact between management and team members to ensure that information
flows smoothly and important information is conveyed quickly.
Assist management and team members with specific projects, including data collection, report preparation, and
research support.
