1. 帶領約600-800人品質團隊,處理且維護iPhone Top Module/CG/ BG與AirPods 零件的開發品貭與
量產出貨狀況。(直接作業員約400-500人,工程師約100人)
2. 新產品品質策劃,推動各段品質分析的展開,主導關鍵品質項目的計劃與實施。
3. 帶領QPM 、QS團隊面對客戶MQE & MQA,處理NPI各Build MIL,要求提升FPY。同時解決各
FATP客戶(PEGA 、LUXSAN 、ICT & GTK)問題点,同步回饋給廠內做改善動作。
4. 帶領SQE/IQC 做好來料品質的管控。
5. 管控好部門預算和成本實際花費,往’精兵強將’方向發展。(降低直接人力,培養多工能工程師,更靈活對應客戶與工廠)
6. 達成公司目標:下降OQC Fail Rate、降低SI LRR與RMA 。

4. Leading SQE(IQC) team to control incoming qualities.
5. Controlling department cost and achieving quality KPI target. (OQC failure rate, SI LRR andRMA...)
