Responsible for the development of new channels for supplying commodities for export to different countries
(soy, sugar, processed oils, corn, fish, chicken, beef cuts, etc...).
- This function encompasses the negotiation and purchasing process, strategic planning, market analysis, strong
relationship management with suppliers with strategic meetings for planning and expanding new businesses,
exchange rate analysis for the composition of export prices.
- Throughout this activity I traveled to several places in Brazil and South America visiting commercial partners,
suppliers and visiting fairs and events. All my work is reported directly to the headquarters in Tianjin (China).

I provided global purchasing and foreign trade consultancy for an auto parts company. I developed and trained
the company to apply planning and demand analysis techniques for online products, market analysis for the
inclusion of new products, search and selection of international partners and suppliers, international negotiation
and purchasing techniques and import operations. Training for document flow analysis of import and export
operations, customs and exchange rate regimes, as well as analysis of internal processes and procedures.

- Responsible for supply chain processes of products and services, national and international for internal
customers (facilities, MRO, civil engineering, IT, travel management and marketing) and projects (Aeronautical).
- Implementation of Strategic Sourcing in all acquisitions, development of new suppliers, preparation and
management of contracts, planning and management of demands and review of procedures and processes
regarding the interactions between supplies and other areas.
- Technical buyer in the areas of civil engineering, mechatronics, aeronautical engineering and IT (hardware,
software, structured cabling and Telecom).
- Within Civil Engineering, I was responsible for negotiating and managing the work of expansion of the SP office
(270 m²) and the construction of the new Office of SJC (500 m²), in both cases I negotiated and contracted all
projects within the executive project, hiring civil and IT labor to execute the structured cabling project. He was
also responsible for the negotiations and purchases of materials and services for the construction of the new
Brazilian air traffic monitoring units.
