Reporting directly to the GM and responsible for US Channel business with a
concentration on PC, AR/VR, Medical, and Home Appliances applications.
Responsible for setting up and managing company’s US Sales Channel next work,
and developing new market segments and territories. Contributed to 35% YoY
overall revenue growth.
Developed and cultivated company’s Channel business resulting $12M (150%growth YoY) in revenue within the first year;
Established a new business model for PC business bringing $60M purchase
order and $30M in revenue within the first year;
Managed RFQ process from Product Development stage to Product Ramp in
collaboration with R&D Engineer, Program Management, Product Planning,
and various cross functional teams;
Responsible for product ramp, monthly and quarterly price negotiations –
including BOM cost analysis;
Manage accounts and cultivate valuable relationships to grow market share
and increase revenue;
Manage cross-functional team members: HQ Sales, R&D Engineering,
Product Planning, and Applications Engineering team, to ensure proper
customer engagement.
