 Strength the relationship between head office in Taiwan and branch office in Brazil with daily and direct communication in order to synchronize the Purchasing activities, influencing in the purchasing decisions and the selection of suppliers;
 Develop new suppliers, building strong and long-term relationship, solve problems and settles disputes, develop win-win solutions, and create positive relations with tact, diplomacy, and appropriate judgment for the function;
 Develop market intelligence: analyze and provide market information, benchmark of competitors' prices, market trends, product roadmap, etc.;
 Coordinate new projects: conduct bid (RFQ) among suppliers, plan and coordinate the schedule, do the validation of components in Brazil and Taiwan, within deadlines;
 Responsible for projections, analysis reports and comparative tables to management information in order to support decision making and meet the expected saving results.

 Negotiate commercial contracts, prospect, develop and manage new customers and distributors in Brazil and South America of several products for:
 SAMSUNG SOLID SURFACE, Staron and Radianz Quartz, manufactured by SAMSUNG SDI CO. LTD.;
 STEEL in sheets and coils, hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized, electrogalvanized, silicon, stainless steel etc. for various sectors: automotive industry (automakers and auto parts companies), distribution, construction, home appliance manufacturers, shipyards from Korea (Posco, Dongbu, Dongkuk, Hyundai, SeAH Steel) and China (Baosteel Group and Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp., Anyang, Shangdong);
 SAMSUNG SAMSUNG HEALTHY LIVING medical products: digital scale, blood pressure meter, thermometer, nebulizer, glucose meter, pregnancy test;
 SAMSUNG SAMSUNG PLEOMAX brand computer accessories: mouse, keyboard, webcam, headset, speakers;
 Achieved sales record history, exceeding the established goal by 50%.

 Plan, coordinate and control the purchase of materials and equipment, according to the company's policies and requirements, in order to obtain the best purchase conditions in terms of price, quality and service;
 Develop new national and international suppliers with best prices, terms and conditions;
 Responsible for the purchase of Notebook components: CRT monitors, TFT LCD, fax modem card, CKD motherboard, memory, HDD, packaging, labels;
 Coordinate the launch of new products on the market: GPS, packaging, labels, etc.
 Negotiate price reduction with suppliers and coordinate the importation of products from China and the USA, monitoring and following up the entire process until delivery of components at the factory;
 Analyze and choose the logistics company, coordinating the RFQ with forwarders, negotiating prices, payment terms and managing documentation process.
 Meet and discuss with suppliers daily to ensure delivery of parts according to the project schedule;
 Analyze and solve issues that prevent the fulfillment of dates;
 Recommend frame agreements to management;
 Implement strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
 Conduct negotiations to obtain highest feasible savings;
 Execute Supplier Management processes: qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification;
 Ensure a close cooperation with Internal Customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.

 Supervise and manage the company's general supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the process;
 Support the development of Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering Team in order to achieve company’s goal;
 Build and maintain good relationship with Suppliers;
 Negotiate significant cost reduction and commercial conditions with Suppliers;
 Develop activities related to components sourcing, granting Quality and Delivery requirements as well as specific activities for introduction of new products;
 Manage supplier base seeking for the best solution related to cost, quality and delivery.

 Negotiate prices, terms and conditions for SKD and CKD products with local and international suppliers for various components: microphone, DVD Combo (DVD / VCR), home theater, audio system, DVD, speaker, DVD and CD mechanism, remote control, logos, batteries;
 Monitor and follow-up the entire supply chain process until the arrival of components at the factory, solving product defect and reviewing shipping documents;
 Contribute to the decision of logistics and supplliers based on the RFQ process;
 Negotiate agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, terms and conditions with significant cost reduction achieved.
 Evaluate supplier’s performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and solve performance issues;
 Receive demand, evaluate and develop acquisition of items and components for new projects;
 Manage supplier delivery parts according to Project Schedule.

 Prospect, develop and manage new customers and new businesses for different products: X-Ray Containers, TFT LCD Panel, monitors, computers, wafer and memory for computers, integrated circuit, TV tuner, modulator, receiver, security system by fingerprint and iris scanning, ATM machine mechanism, smartphone accessories, memory card, DVD, VCR, compressor for refrigerator and motor for home appliances, CPT, soybean meal;
 Develop strong and long-term relationships with customers of main electronics, home appliance and computer companies;
 Sales growth in 30% due to development of new customers and contracts for the company.
