-Direct responsibility for the blanking cutting operation planning.
-Order management responsibility with customer's operation/purchasing teams.
-Daily/weekly meetings with the steel producers responsibles for order follow up.
-Project responsibility for the new project's cutting tools nesting/cutting acceptance, and working with project teams of the customers.

-Managing all maintenance activities with 2 white collar and 6 blue collar employees(daily, weekly, month operations)
-Weekly meeting with all responsibles for Health&Safety rules establishment.
-3 Blanking Lines, 4 Slitting Lines, 3 Cut to length lines,1 full automatic packaging line, 30tons of cranes(8units), closed area 40.000m2 responsibility

-Production_3 shift responsibles and 20blue collar production operators management
-Quality_Laser welding lines quality management system responsibility.
-Maintenance_3 maintenance operators management for daily operations.
-Production responsibilities for 2 laser welding lines, 1 ablation line.
-Project Management_Establishing new lay out, new production lines acceptance, cutting tools nesting guidance and acceptance.

-Rear Lamp New Projects responsibilities for production lines acceptance
