1) Establishment of Process Map/Work Instruction and creation of FAQs and Quick Reference Guides
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve the process.
• Identify frequently asked questions and provide the ideal response.
2) Business As Usual (BAU)
• Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies and
procedures through ticket, chat, and call support.
• Manage on-boarding process (New Starter documentation, Workday hire, and New Hire Induction)
and off-boarding process (Providing leave documentation and arrange exit interview)
• Letter/Contract issuance for job change in line with Workday.
• Employee core data maintenance in Workday and personal file
3) Time and Attendance
• Ensure employee Time & Attendance records are accurate and up to date in Workday.
• Work closely with GBS payroll to ensure that payroll calculations are correct based on the employee
time and attendance data.
• Manage Time Off setting and Shift Creation
Projects Achievements
• Knowledge Transfer Project: Facilitated knowledge transfer between GBS and local HR teams,
establishing efficient processes.
• System Enhancement: Implemented new shift patterns and improved Time Off (TOIL) application
settings in collaboration with the Workday team.
