Main responsibilities:
-Analysis of revenues and expenses and allocation to corresponding cost centers;
-Financial analysis;
-Cost analysis;
-Inventory management, inventory items, and xed assets;
-Compliance with budgeted nancial indicators;
-Internal control operations;
-Budgeting and forecasting;
-Direct collaboration with department heads;
-Managerial reporting;
-Daily, weekly, monthly reports on activities carried out;
-Collection, interpretation, and modeling of data for pro tability analysis and to ensure the accuracy of nal results;
-Veri cation and allocation of revenues and expenses to cost and/or pro t centers;
-Updating information as required by the company;
-Providing economic and nancial expertise to the company;
-Monitoring company costs and other elements related to the balance sheet;
-Involvement in the budgeting process, ensuring the relevance of assumptions made;
-Risk analysis;
-Monitoring budget compliance, signaling deviations from the plan, proposing corrective measures;
-Coordinating nancial and accounting monitoring of investment processes;
-De ning and participating in the development of work tools, including information systems, to improve e ciency in performing duties;
-Providing the required economic information to reporting entities;
-Participation in production budgeting, analysis of technological losses on products;
-Monitoring compliance with laws, methodological norms, orders, and instructions in force for the eld I work in (together with the"Legal" department or company lawyer);
-Ensuring monthly and annual closure operations speci c to the Controlling department;
-Extracting reports from the accounting system and processing data into speci c reports;
-Financial analysis and veri cation; Cost control by cost centers, compared to the previous year, budget;
-Participation in the annual budgeting process and subsequent biannual budget review;
-Scenario planning for nancial results evolution;
-Maintaining and organizing nancial data in SAP;
-Participation in the preparation of the income and expenditure budget project;
-Systematic monitoring of the approved budget provisions and the nancial evolution of the company, proposing, if necessary, changes
to initial budget provisions during execution;
-Monitoring the e cient use of material and nancial resources;
-Analysis of nancial fund allocation and proposing measures for their e cient use;
-Ensuring con dentiality of salary data provided by the company;
-Completion of tasks established by the Administrator and General Director of the company within legal provisions;
-Monthly or whenever requested, presenting a summarized report to the Administrator on the activities carried out.
