Develop compelling customer-centric messaging and positioning to increase market share by conducting customer and competitive research and analysis. Enable extensive cross-functional collaboration to develop and execute product roadmaps including strategy and planning, launch, marketing, and promotion.
• Develop the internal sales enablement strategy including SOPs, training, sales collateral, and audits of existing materials.
• Manage the product roadmap to lead and support product launches for demand generation including landing pages, blogs, influencer campaigns, event collateral, and videos.
• Utilize customer insights and internal feedback to improve and optimize GTM and enablement strategies.
• Conduct voice of the customer research throughout EMEA and feed finding back into the product teams
• Work closely with D2C teams on content, launch plans and pricing.
• Partner with HQ in order to build compelling pdps, positioning and messaging work.
