Our company provide Full service for Inspection and Analysis at the loading port/discharging port include all
scope work such as Draft survey, Sampling and Analysis, Issue Site records and Inspection certificates
Regarding to Commodity: Coal, Steel, Coke, Clinker, Cement, Ore, Ferro Alloys, Silico Manganese,
Manganese, Non-Ferrous...
Find new customers and expand network of Importers and Suppliers regarding to above commodity.

Trading: Steel, Coke, Coking Coal
Duties:
Sell products to Vietnam market: Research and contact with all potential Vietnam customers to find their
demand about various kind of Steel (Coil steel, wire rod steel, Galvanized steel...), also Steel scrap and Coke
as well. I discuss everything with China head office to make quotation, discuss with Customers to get their
response and final order as well, follow contract, follow LC payment & delivery schedule.
Main Customers are steel mills and some traders are importer as well.
Sourcing & buying some kind of steel from Vietnam sources: steel billet, wire rod steel, HRC, GI steel
Develop and expand market in Vietnam

Trading: Coal
Duties:
Responsible to maintain the old customers, find new customers and research their demand for various
kind of Coal and discuss to make deal with Buyers such as cement company, steel company, power
plant, other trading company as well.
Responsible to calculate all cost and profit.
Responsible to coordinate with other relate department to support & follow delivery and payment
Follow information of tender package from some customers who are big corporation in coal field, also
cement company.
Make quotation and contract, discuss to get all final with customers and my company

Duties:
Find new customers and research their demand of imported thermal coal. Main potential Customers
are: Vietnam Traders who are Importers, Power plant, Cement company, steel company as well.
Make quotation/ Offer to discuss with customers about contract, LC, delivery and payment as well
Responsible to coordinate with other relate department to support & follow delivery the cargo

Duties:
Responsible to maintain the old customers, find new customers and research their demand for Coal.
Discuss with manufacturing department to ensure delivery time for customers
Follow information of tender package from some customers who are big corporation in coal field
Make quotation and contract for customers,
Follow up delivery schedule, method of inspection for quality and quantity,
Follow up payment time and all of documents relate to contract.

Trading: Steel
Duties:
In charge of trading the steel products
Selling steel to Vietnamese customers from international resources (China, Russia, India)
Main product: Hot Rolled Coil Steel (HRC), Hot Rolled Plate Steel (HRP), Hot Rolled Sheet Steel (HRS),
Steel Billet
Sourcing steel to foreign customers from Vietnamese resources
Main products: Steel Billet, Wire Rod Steel, Cold Rolled Steel Coils (CRC), Galvanized Steel Sheet in
Coil (GI)
I discuss with Korean HQ and customers in Vietnam to final deal and contract.
Controlling delivery time and schedule of delivery, checking shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, Packinglist, C/O, C/Q, Mill’s test, Coil list and other documents) for customers.
Control quality of cargo and payment
Update information from international steel market and domestic market between them such as price,
demand.

Duties:
Importing Raw Material Steel include Hot Rolled Coil (HRC), Cold Rolled Steel sheet in Coil (CRC), Galvanized
Steel Strip in Coils
Discuss with Supplier about demand & inquiry, all term & conditions for contract. Calculating freight cost for
FOB price, CIF price to choose delivery term with best solution.

Follow shipping documents (B/L, Invoice, P/L, C/O, C/Q), delivery time, payment time
Make contract and make payment: discuss to issue L/C and follow up.
Control delivery time and schedule of vessel, receive and check documents, use customs software
ECUS VNACCSS to make custom declaration.
Follow up to control quality of all cargo until delivery to warehouse.
