One-year contract remote position I was responsible, for full scale financial management of the UK office, and a Gibraltar site of the Swedish global company, (AP, AR, fixed assets, Bank, payroll), preparation of financial report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, VAT reports, Cash flow report, calculating corporate tax (CIT), bank transfers (Barclays and Citibank), company credit card and T&E cost management (SAP CONCUR, RYDOO)- in full remote position, using UK government gateway. Reporting in AARO system.

As a leader of the financial team of the logistics office I was responsible to control the registered invoices in the system (accounts payable, accounts receivable) participation in everyday official task, keeping touch with vendors, supervising of the accounting office- VAT reports, payroll. Car lease finance, preparation of everyday bank reports, HUF, EUR, USD. Exchange rate matters. Take part in HR matters like, recruiting, building teams, writing working contracts, registering absence etc.

Responsibilities included managing and supervising of the international financial group (4 persons), building financial reports, creating fixed assets reports for, airplane (C-17), aviation related fuel invoices, fuel tanks, preparation of financial cash flows (USD, EUR, HUF), actual vs planned cost based calculations, cost planning and forecasting, participation at international NATO conferences

Responsibilities included full scale accounting in the office centre in London, collection of invoices, verifying payments, reconciliation of accounts payable, petty cash documentation, general ledger accounting, reconciliation of bank accounts, accrual accounting, preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss account), Corporate tax (CIT) accounting preparation tax returns (VAT).

Responsibilities were: Reporting of ExxonMobil UK affiliates, Month-End-Close process coordination for the whole team (9 persons), financial reporting and analysing the reports. (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash flow, VAT report, Income tax reports, repots). Business and market analysis, and business performance analysis of the chemical plants, plan vs actual calculations, variance monitoring, control sustainability plans and reporting, SOX controls, coordinating and leading internal and external audit with PWC, accrual accounting, tax verification, Income tax, Deferred tax, VAT, Intercompany IC and cost/profit centre accounting, controlling tasks – forecasting costs.
