Have the responsibility to receive any complaint from the Mercedes Benz (Alabama) plant for any error or defect in the final product (automotive electrical harness) and make an analysis of it to discover any cause or develop a countermeasure that can avoid another same defect. . The analysis will start with a 5w, 8D, Ishikawa or whatever quality control tool we can use to find the root cause of the harness defect or damage. Since we found the cause, we need to document it in the PFMA and Control Plan to avoid any future or future defects.
