1. Conduct inventory reconciliations and analyze variances to identify potential discrepancies.
（1）Review daily ERP system inventory-related documents (such as sales contracts, sales delivery orders, purchase orders).
（2）Organize monthly important raw material inventory count.
（3）Generate journal entry in ERP system.
（4）Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
2. Assist with the presentation of cost accounting reports and analysis for management review.
（1）Analyze production costs, manufacturing expenses, and overheads to determine product costs and profitability.
3. Assist with auditors to complete annual audit.
（1）Assis in responding questions that are related to inventory, and provide solid data to support my answer.
4. Assist the securities firm in advancing C.H.L’s IPO projects
（1）Assist in responding to China SEC feedback for the securities firm and addressing inventory-related issues in the prospectus, as well as organizing underlying data.
