- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, which including Power grid companies : Enel ( Italian ) , E.ON ( German ) , Electrica ( Romanian ); Big installers : Tiab ( Vinci Group ) , Con-A , Energobit; Industry : Silcotub ( Tenaris ) , Michelin , Continental , Leoni , etc
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of the company’s product offerings
- Leading and motivating the sales team, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance their performance
