• Monthly Closing Activities
o Supervise maintenance of GL, AP ledgers, AR ledgers and to maintain up to date records,
schedules and fixed assets listing to ensure smooth closing activities. Prepare journal

• Perform EMEA Sales Commission Accrual booking on monthly basis. Work closely with FPNA
team in consolidating the accrual submission and post on time.
• Work closely with the EMEA Finance team on the actual commission payout period to identify the
correct pay period for each payment plan. Perform adjustment on the difference between forecast
and actual payment incurred on a quarterly basis.
• Perform Hypo-Tax accrual on a quarterly basis for Expatriate who having assignment more than
181days in host country.
• Managing Global Travel & Expense Accrual process (US, LATAM, EMEA & APJ), APJ Expat T&E
Recharge, and APJ T&E Manual Accrual where journal entry to be performed on a quarterly basis.
• Performed balance sheet reconciliation and analytical review to ensure all the activities incurred in
the account are correct and compliance with the current accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP,
and Local GAAP).
• Perform P&L Commentary and CFR (Balance Sheet Account) Analytic during quarter closed to
explain and monitor on the fluctuation to ensure reasonableness on QoQ and YoY basis.
• Support EMEA Local Statutory Audit thru providing an analytical review on P&L and BS account
with the country accountant and PwC Auditor to meet the statutory requirement timeline.
• UAT Tester for Concur which new to Dell. Involved validation the T&E claim and payment for Global
region posted in Oracle tie to the data capture in Concur system.
