Job Description as Project Coordinator in Gansar Gas Project:
Acting as the coordinator between detailed design engineering team and yard construction team.
To perform material take off, cutting plan based on approved drawing from detailed
design engineering team.
Review the approved drawings or Naviswork models and advice any potential clashing
during construction execution
Working with 3rd party who did the fabrication drawings for construction, and review the
drawings before pass to construction Keep track of the changes in material type or size in the approved drawings and highlight to construction team
Work closely with detailed design engineering team, 3rd party fabrication drawings to
ensure deadline of drawings issuance is met
Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms for cost-effectiveprocurement of resources needed.
Write Site Technical Query (STQ) to seek approval from client for site modification.
Write Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) for client for new material procurement.
Working with consultant team who do the foundation study for structure erection.
Establish trial fit procedure for Boatlanding structure to Jacket structure.
Job Description as Loadout Engineer in Gansar Gas Project:
Establish Weighing Procedure for Jacket Substructure, Topside Modules and Gansar BMHT Modules
Establish final weighing report after weighing so that the weight and final center of gravity (CoG) information is verified and can be used to purchase offshore lifting slings
Establish Loadout and Seafastening Procedures for Jacket Substructure, Topside Modules
for Gansar LWS Platform and Gansar BMHT Modules
Establish Loadout and Seafastening Procedure for Conductor and Piles Loadout.
Design the lifting operation of conductor, piles loadout, and working closely with engineering team for the analysis results
Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers, securing favorable terms for cost-effective and time-effective of resources needed
Working with Loadout Contractor for the loadout of Substructure, Modules using Self-Propelled Modular Transporters. Ensure no obstructions during shifting of structure, and yard ground condition are levelled properly.
Working with Offshore Installation Contractor to install the grillage, seafastening bracing at barge by utilizing yard material or new material procured, and installation aids so that
offshore installation lifting campaign can be success Achievement as Loadout Engineer:
Loadout and sail away of Gansar Substructure:
1 nos. Jacket (914MT), 15 nos. Conductor, 3 nos Piles (200MT each), Boatlanding, Riser
Guard and ship loose items onto one barge with 7 lay time in March 2024
Loadout of Gansar Topside Modules (650MT) and ship loose items in April 2024
Loadout of Gansar BMHT Module-1 (350MT) and Slug Catcher (86MT) in June 2024
