Main responsibilities:
• Plan and execute business work weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly
• Offer products to achieve assigned sales and coverage goals.
• Expand distribution channels, and agents, and search for potential customers.
• Building relationships with agents and distributors in the Company's business
segment.
• Research, evaluate and report the market to direct managers.
• Understand features, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar
products, and competitors' products toadvise customers.
• Directly execute orders for distributors and agents including contract
procedures, quotes, order placement, delivery coordination,...
• Handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time...
• Monitor the contract liquidation process, and coordinate with the accounting
department to expedite and collect debts
• Customer care. Understand the customer contact process, the information
complaint handling process, the process of receiving and resolving customer
information, and fully record according to the forms of these processes.
• Perform other tasks according to assigned functions and tasks
