Sales Targets:
- Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target and analyze all company objectives and negotiate on prices to achieve same and maintain knowledge on all competitor activities.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Routine use of the CRM (customer relationship management database), to collect, analyze and structure all customer information to improve short and long term business with the customers.
Clients relationship Follow up:
- Establish primary relationships with our customer (Electric Utilities & EPC’s) and maintain an ethical and professional relationship with all customer and external contacts.
- Coordinate resolution of customer issues with appropriate internal resources (sales administration, product management, manufacturing, engineering, credit, etc).
- Supervision on Order Management until customer delivery is met.
- Provides technical customer presentations and demonstrations that describe benefits of proposed solutions to customers .
- Gather feedback from customer (customer inquiries), provide ideas and suggestions on product and service adaption and development.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Track from first information new projects under development, and prepare to qualify for quotation, or be on the bid list & Ensure that Elsewedy is included on the approved Vendor List.

Sales targets:
- Awareness and achievement of Company targets in operational EBIT, Orders received,
Cash flow, revenues, Overdue follow up.
Tendering & Preparing quotations:
- Insure full preparation of Technical and Commercial offers for participation in all related tenders for all allocated markets for DTR and Dry Transformers.
- Collect information from Technical, Quality and Operation departments for preparing a full proposal for tenders.
- Prepare Quotation for opportunities received from FES or directly if applicable in allocated markets.
- Prepare Cost Sheet upon receiving material quantities from Engineering and updated material cost from Supply Management.
- Prepare full cost model for each opportunity.
- Provide full support to FES in all allocated markets in Egypt & Africa.
- Lost orders analysis.
Clients relationship Follow up:
- Close follow up with clients and/or FES on offers.
- Supervision on Order Management until customer delivery is met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proper handling for customer complaints.
- NPS detractor follows up.

- Analyzing customer tender documents during tendering stage and preparing tender documents & projects.
- Managing the different processes and stages connected with products developments (design,verifications, Prototyping, testing, manufacturing).
- Technology Research.
- Managing all technical activities related to the product design, manufacturing, specification, drawings, customer care and solving problems of customers according to their country specification.
- Managing technical related activities on vendors’ side including vendor selection, approval, and development following the relevant industry standards.
- Support sales department during technical discussions with client.
