Responsible for managing assigned vendors about operations of supply chain and for being
the main any logistical issues.
Reviewing the performance of the vendors supply chain and identifying areas that can be
improved:
-Act as a liaison with US Home office and the vendors to optimize all processes within the
supply chain.
-Develop strong relationships with third party distributions.
-Negotiating with suppliers for utilization highest capacity allocation ensure for being able to
continually flow supply of Products.
-Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to
minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location.
-Create feasible 3-5 months’ production plans for the factories/outsources under
responsibility taking into account production constraints and relevant lead time
-Manage supply chain issues such to prevent out of stock issues, supply constraints, shipping
issues, maintain and process documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and
procedures

Handling full merchandising works for assigned customers at furniture factory, building on
existing customer relationships and territory growth:
-Communicate with internal teams, Overseas Offices and Customers (included sampledevelopment, price negotiation, supply flow supply of Products),
-Maintain high quality professional customer service and relations.
-Manage & process orders, follow up orders at the beginning until the payment released
-Grow Sales through New Product Development and Projects (business plans like meetings,showroom projects, fairs...)
