Responsibilities:
· Review design of MIPI,USB camera modules. Ensured optimal signal integrity and minimized latency in data transmission.
· Review 2D ,3D drawing of camera module. Check FOV, Air gap... to make camera fit in system.
· Review camera design risk and adjustment in RFQ build with cross function team and vendors. Support factory to resolve camera related issues in NPI build.
· Make sure DQA, RF,EMI,ESD team can test pass the camera module in NPI build.
· Co-work closely with each vendors for the camera image tuning, Windows Hello verification, and Ambient Light Sensor (ALS) tuning. Make sure nothing to delay Dell laptop shipment schedule.
Project/Achievement1:
· Responsible for camera module development for Dell Latitude and Precision series laptops. There was no camera issue delay the Dell camera shipment schedule.
· No camera module failed in PRTS build.
· Achievement: Zero issues reported after the mass production (MP) build.
· Professional Development: Studied camera-related electrical engineering (EE), hardware (HW), and software (SW) technologies to solve the latest camera-related issues.

Responsibilities:
· Proficient in semiconductor manufacturing equipment and photolithography technology.
· Responsible for the routine maintenance ,calibration ,fault diagnosis and emergency repairs of photolithography equipment , ensuring operational efficiency and production stability.
Project Experience and Achievements:
· Equipment Performance Optimization. Through on-duty rotations, the team swiftly completes equipment issue debugging and calibration to ensure the production line maintains maximum efficiency.
· Collaborated with cross-functional teams, eg: project manager to solve equipment-related issues ASAP.

Responsibilities:
· Provided technical support as part of an expatriate package in GL, Shenzhen. Assisted the FaceID and Iphone Camera module team in developing the optical theory for the Dot Projector and Flood Illuminator used in the FATP assembly line testing process.
· Utilized Python for data processing and analysis, including plotting box plots and normal distributions. Gained proficiency in OpenCV for noise filtering and feature enhancement.
· Cross function co-work and meeting.
· Attended Failure Analysis (FA) meetings and reported on the FA progress. Applied FA skills and knowledge of the camera module and FaceID assembly / testing process to analyze failure units.
Project Experience and Achievements:
· Help to build Iphone X max Face ID test and defect detection method. Since this funciton was first implemented in iphone X max.
· Help FaceID key part maintain fail rate under 1%
· Help IQC to estabilish camera module and FaceID FPC hardness check method. Avoid factory suffer yield lost.
