HR Responsibilities :
Set up and implement work regulations ,procedures and guidelines in compliance with
local labor laws and regulations
Manage the full recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, posting jobs,
interviewing, and onboarding new employees , prepare employment contracts.
Manage offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
Perform full of payroll and tax reporting , SSO ,tax income , work permit & visa ect.
Maintain and updates HR database and employee documents
Coordinate and support training and development programs.
Conduct internal training as company requitements and set up KPI’s ,oversee the
development and implementation of training programs.
Management employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues .
Administration Responsibilities :
Handeling secretarial duties including phone calls, guests greeting,coresspondance,
meeting schedule ,travel arrangement ,filling data and take a minutes etc.
Responsible office facility, stationary , office supplies and reimburement process.
Liaising with internal andexternal parties.( Logistic ,customer,land loard and staff )
