•Prepare back load drill bits from customer & Check condition and Dull Grading Drill bits after run , & follow Drill bits repair maintenance process. Included Responsible for completion of all applicable paperwork.
•Identify , Cutters related problems (Chips, Worn, Cracked) and clean -up , Sand Blasting ,Assembly with Specific Technical recommendation.
•Identify problems on blades Gauge / Nose/ Shoulder / Cone and TSP, STL to be ready for use in next time.
•Perform hole sizing slot in the pocket to be clean and put the New cutters follow the procedure as per requirements .
•Maintain the point of cutters all blades need to Alignments parameters described in Drawing Guide line.

•Able to Use JDE, EHO Carbon App.
