2022 – 2023
· Established Canada-based subsidiary in flocculant trading for water cleaning with planned $12M revenue and $5M profit.
· Convinced a senior sale to join the new company as a partner, who was from our former US supplier, Nalco Water Company, with over 25 years of sales experience, establishing sales partnership; and led a team of 6 to initiate preparatory work.
· Planned operating budgets of $3M covering material procurement, asset purchase, and freight expense.

2020 – 2024
· Established the partnership with Javelin, world’s leading commodity trading firm, in coal shipping cooperation, bringing in $3M worth of orders with co-created logistic solutions.
· Led the on-going partnership with Javelin, fulfilling $ 10 million order through diversified cooperation model and refined logistic framework.
· Initiated and managed R&D collaborations with local labs, and engaged with diverse stakeholders, including state and municipal government agencies to improve operational efficiency.
· Directed the strategic acquisition of a river port for exclusive operational use and innovated a logistics strategy that integrates truck and river freight, enhancing coal delivery to the Port of New Orleans in 2023.
· Oversaw the coordination and shipment of four vessels of coal to major ports in China, cumulatively transporting 250,000 tons and achieving a 50% increase in shipping capacity.
Operation & Finance Manager (May 2020 – Dec 2021)
· Co-led $50M coal mine business investment, and established first US-based subsidiary, responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, negotiation, and deal closure.
· Managed $20M in overall budget, with half in fixed assets and half in operating costs, and supervised company’s cash flow and reported regularly to the CEO and the Board.
· Led team to oversee purchase from 100+ vendors, negotiated installment payments with U.S. suppliers to optimize cash outflow; secured heavy equipment purchase from China, reducing company cost by 33%.
· Established logistics supplier network, negotiated $4.34M worth of domestic and international commodity transportation, resulting in 24% logistical cost reduction and $1.05M net savings.
· Planned and managed budget for plant construction project, identifying three cost saving opportunities, resulting in $1M savings.

· Developed purchasing plans and monitored shipping data, reducing out-of-stock rates by 15%; Processed shipping documents, docked shipments, and provided customs clearance for 50+ containers and 900+ tons of cargo entering the U.S.
