1. Project management: successfully lead and served over 20 brands’ social media monitoring and analytics projects in
China, including FMCG, Luxury, Sports & Fashion, Automobile, Consumer Electronics etc.
2. Account Service: in-depth understandings of digital marketing in China especially social media marketing, most clients
acknowledge the expertise in business intelligence, including insights on social media strategy and execution, digital
marketing strategy, brand image and positioning study, consumer study (especially netizens’ preference and behaviormodel), and suggestions on SEO/SEM/SEA (mainly through findings on netizens’ hot words) etc.
3. Business Development: fulfill over RMB 5 million new business annually
