•Supervise and coordinate operations across all outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and consistent quality.
• Maintain high levels of customer service, cleanliness, and hygiene across all locations.
• Monitor outlet performance, analyze financial reports, and implement cost control measures to maximize revenue.
• Manage stock replenishment processes between the warehouse and outlets to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Lead the end-to-end process of opening new outlets, from concept design through to renovation completion.
• Train and onboard new staff, instilling company values, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and customer service excellence.
