Responsible for all production processes. Together with owner of STEKA support of TOP-customers. Setup of R&D structure together with local univerities. In cooperation with University Innsbruck successful in getting the largest R&D project in ceramics where only Austrian partners were involved. 1986-1996 production manager for piezoceramic backend production. Responsible for all process steps on sintered ceramic (grinding, screen printing, electroless metallisation, ploing and electrical/mechnical measures) 1996 start as operations manager piezoceramic. 2005 development of new tape casting concept for piezoceramic tape casting. Start of new tape casting line end of 2005. Together with R&D (Dr. Helker, Dr. Schreiner) idevelopment of piezoceramic actuator sytsem for th euse in Bosch common rail injection systems. Upscaling of actuator lab production to series production. In team with Marktrewitz operations manager roll out of new tape casting concept to all facilities of CeramTec. Several patents on buzzer elements.
