▪Legal Plant HRM Representative with full function (Recruitment, Training, Labor Relations, Payroll, C&B, EHS, Communication, Medical Services, Patrimonial Security, & Employee Services).
▪ Review adherence to the legal framework of the Secretary of Labor and Social Security.
▪ Manage the labor relationship, through the correct interpretation & application of the LFT, CIT, RIT, & Internal Ethics &
Compliance Policies.
▪ Manage annual compensation plans and programs and coordinate salaries and wages for all levels.
▪ Follow-up of employee succession planning, calibrations, PIP's, RIF's & administrate department budget.
▪ Planning & Follow-up of Key Business Strategies regionally EDS East: MOP, BP, Vital Statistics, Control Panel, Census
Walk, Pulse Staff Meetings, Negotiation 4&6 Blockers.
