- Follow Groupe SEB Design Quality Procedure to define Environment-Quality-Standard (EQS) documents, Estimate Return Rate (TPP) document, Control Range (TR) & to validate Pilot Run Validation Report (PRV)
- Create quality documents (EQS, TPP, LUPQ – List Unique ProblemQuality, Control range - CTR, Product Quality Control - PQC checklist) to ensure product quality
- Create testing plan to validate product during development process

Project Planning and Management: Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs, discuss with Senior Lab Expert to customize the test inquiry, create test plan, test schedules and train to Test Engineer to conduct the test ensure projects are executed on time.
Test Procedure Development: Design and develop testing procedures and methodologies for electronic components or finished goods, ensure that testing procedures are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with industry standards and regulations such as the proper US / Canada / EU /IEC / specific buyer standards and report format is complying with buyer requirement / IEC TRF format / US and Canada requirement.
Test Equipment Selection and Setup: Choose appropriate test equipment and tools required for specific testing procedures, set up and configure test equipment to perform accurate and reliable tests.
Prepare test results, data worksheet, review test results and write the test report within the time schedule.
Prepare documentation in ISO/IEC 17025 and 107 Decree, ensure lab operation quality comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and update SOP/lab technical documents according to Lab Capability Development annually.
Consulting customers on the certification process and product improvement plans to comply with international market requirements and standards.
Position: Factory Inspector
- Conduct Factory Inspection for NRTL Program.
- Prepare and compile all Final Audit Reports. Collect and record all findings for major defects on the inspection report.
- Check if all necessary documents like Trim Cards, Approved sample, AD/BOM, Manufacturing Notice are available in the lines after the Pre-production meeting and prior to changeover.
