Act as point of contact for MAHLE NA.
· Develops, leads and executes international Sourcing strategy for assigned commodities, analyzes global markets and management of supply base.
· Manages direct supplier relationships in all aspects including commercial and supply chain management, PB support, root-cause analysis of issues, problem resolution, and improving the supplier manufacturing process.
· Leads strategic negotiations and review all agreements prior to execution.

Conduct weekly RFQs and part expedite procedures to mitigate manufacturing line down and shortage situations
· Drive supplier metric improvement across commodity space to ensure supply chain alignment and meet sourcing leadership goals
· Manage and update price, lead time, and lot sizes data in
· MRP system on annual and roling basis as necessary.
· Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings/presentations with suppliers to resolve various open order issues, metric alignment, and general process improvements
· Coordinate with other production planning, engineering, and business unit areas achieve maximum service level.

Purchase of indirect materials and services from suppliers per specifications at the lowest cost with considerations of quality and reliability based on signals from the materials group.
· Coordinate regional procurement projects and activities.
· Vendor sourcing.
· Prepare financial reports.
· Negotiate price terms and conditions according to the company needs.

· Planning and Buying Raw Materials.
· Daily and weekly analysis of production plan.
· Alternative activities such as inventory control, analyze the composition of raw material for any deviation form, get compensation for suppliers because of NG material, prepare documents for getting the importation.
