Manage Personnel, compensation processes, Labor Relations, Union Relations,
mass Recruitment and Selection, Organizational Development and Training in
accordance with company policy, mass disincorporation processes and
negotiation of collective contracts with Unions, Subcontract Management,
Organization of Institutional Events, administration of the internal work
regulations.

Implement, coordinate, and control Human Resources and Personnel
Development strategies and programs according to internal guidelines and
Company Policies, in order to ensure the right personnel in a timely manner
within a favorable work environment to support the achievement of company
objectives.

Manage IMSS processes, INFONAVIT, major medical expenses, payroll and
commissions payment.
Coordinate special processes, annual declaration, profit sharing, savings fund,
bonus, settlements.
Coordinate incorporation and regulation processes of the company structure, as
well as key information from the system.
Direct dealing with seven unions, involvement in collective negotiations.

Manage Human Resources systems.
Implement the registration and control system of biometric attendance (RCA) and
the incorporation of talent bank (Intelexion V4) in more than 10 units and their
respective branches (configuration, training, and support).
Manage processes: selection, incorporation, training, payroll, attendance control,
Labor climate surveys.
Configure payroll concepts according to changes in the law and union collective
agreements.
Manage technology acquisitions, suppliers, product research, and final
negotiation.
Coordinate the migration process of Human Resources Information from the
SPARH system (Grupo Tampico) to the SAP System (Coca Cola Femsa)
