Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for a group of vendors: place order, follow production and resolve any production & shipping issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain relationship and act as liaison between U.S. office and vendors to ensure consistent communication and immediate action.
- Train new vendors on the company policies.
- Create, send & analysis the weekly report; keep system updated accordingly.
- Work with QA/QC for immediate reaction to production issues and urgent requests. Follow up pilot cutting and update for any new progress.
- Understand specific customer requests to coordinate standard with vendors.
- Inventory Reconciliation.
- Working on SAP system.

Main responsibilities:
-Research and collect information about Korean Companies, fi elds ofoperation and products that they wants to penetrate into Vietnam market.
-Contact Vietnamese Companies as potential partners, introduce productsand persuade for future cooperation with Korean Company.
-Set up a direct meeting between Korean and Vietnamese Companies.
-Support in organizing big events of the KOTRA such as Job Fair 2019,Startup Seminar, Startup Showcase (Vietnam - Korea Business Summit inQuang Nam province),...
