Overseeing and providing guidance and coaching to a Recruitment Team of 7 direct reports in México such as Jr. and Sr. Recruiters and 10 in the US.
Leading the RPO program, by the implementation of Recruitment Strategies for bp (full cycle recruiting) acting as direct line to build collaborative relationships with Recruiters, People Advisors and Hiring Managers to attract, interview and onboard new employees, for all the entities such as Production & Operations, Refining, Terminals & Pipelines, Engineering, Innovation, Digital, Trading and Shipping, Finance, Customer and Products, Wells, Corporates & Soultions Gas and Low Carbon, Tech, HSE&C, Sustainability roles.
Providing Advisory to Hiring Managers and Stakeholders located at all the United States refinery ́s and Core offices globally at UK, (LATAM) Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Trinidad & Tobago, GoM & Canada, Onshore and Offshore Platforms, contributing on new opportunities for process improvement according to insights and market data.
Developing the strategy for each role recruited and preparing and leading the Recruiters to develop and interpret resourcing plans by including web-based and direct sourcing tools; such as LinkedIn, PowerBi, Insights Market Reports, OCC, TAS and Workday (Internal Application Tracking Systems) Job Descriptions by defining role requirements and innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools.
Implementing DE&I strategies, building talent pools, work with the Intelligence Marketing Manager to identify areas where there are gaps within qualified candidate pools and where new candidates need to be identified, timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
Producing communications to a high standard and in accordance with the client's brand guidelines if required.
Involvement in any relevant internal presentations and evaluation/review meetings with the Stakeholders, Business Partners and the Team.
Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to the Client Services Manager and the team and managing issues, escalating when is required.
Liaise and develop relationships with external agencies when required, gaining necessary information to ensure both internal and external parties remain informed.
Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost-effective results. Maintain agreed service levels with the Client Services team and ensure they are aware of how performance is tracking against the required performance levels.
