- Introduce products and invite potential clients to the Factory.
- Communicate with Customers to develop the products and compiling all information about new products collection to calculate prices.
- Negotiating prices, receiving PO's and PI's.
- Working directly with customers about PO's & Samples, Shipping
- Mark and send all the information regarding to PO's to anyone within our organization that it may pertain to.
- Work closely with QA customer to ensure that standards & tolerances are set for new designs prior to first run production.
- Responsible for the communication,coordination and collaboration with all functional departments and related supply chain on shipping to ensure the related issue regarding models, standard, quality of products.
- Working internal and preparing color panels, fabric swatches to customers confirm.
Track progress production and update the production status to Customers.
- Working on any customer requests while the order is in production.
- Receiving claims faulty and solving any email issues or any changes from customers.

- Looking for potential clients and service customer & consult customers.
- Directly monitoring and carry out the execution of follow and arrange orders.
- KPI achievement and optimising during the whole process in order to keep up with expected ( from zero order to 7orders/ month within 3 months and go on).
- Checking and Supervising production progress:
+ Received Purchase orders and deploy run sample to the production department, follow orders to make sure delivered on time.
+ Worked with Customer and QC while inspecting products.
- Implement of activities including Price negotiation, products, Payment term, others issue.
- Completed customers procedure and shipping documents ( Invoice & Packing list, Bill of Lading...) and customer declaration forms.
- Contacted with suppliers logistic and forwarder.
