Participation in the project implementation from zero to one.
• Responsible for the procurement of parts for the robot production line and
commercial contracts.
• Responsible for the camera vision section - assignment of vision engineers to
43 camera vision equipped stations of 7 production lines to resolve camera
hardware and software issues on site at the stations.

Supported all customers in the DACH region with technical questions in
relation to CCTV products.
• Handled more than 900 technical issues and supported sales colleagues to
achieve sales targets.
• Cooperated with colleagues in China headquarters to fulfill customer's
individual product requirements.
• Planned and tracked the progress of project customization in real time.
• Quarterly on-site technical trainings for distributors; completed over 20 on-
site technical trainings in German for customers.

Coordinated production and sales departments.
• Implemented SAP system to create production and sales plan.
• Improved production and delivery and effectively controlled the inventory
rate below 5%.
• Presented at production engineering conferences with participants from six
plants around the world.
• Leading the project for a high-bay warehouse with automated operation in
collaboration with hardware and software suppliers.

Participation in over 80 club celebrations, anniversaries, daycare center
events and sporting events to get in touch with team members and people in
different regions.
