Main responsibilities:
Work closely with suppliers and cross functional teammates to evaluate bicycle components and assemblies in accordance with Specialized’s quality standards. Be hands on with the products ensuring they meet customer expectations, are delivered in a timely manner, and risks are sufficiently mitigated.
Assure consistent and predictable quality of product by developing and enforcing effective quality systems, validation processes, and procedural documentation.
Use problem identification and resolution tools such as PDCA, DMAIC, and 8D.
Perform studies and testing related to component compatibility –CCT.
Perform bicycle assembly and product FAI.
Perform audits of manufacturing processes and finished goods.
Contribute to the quality improvement strategy by monitoring and owning supplier metrics such as SCAR, QMS audit etc. and drive supplier quality improvement plans.
Own Quality responsibilities in the NPI process to ensure proper quality management is in place before the start of production for each new bike product that goes into production.
Support customer satisfaction by driving root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action implementation with our suppliers on field issues.
Support on time delivery by working closely with the Supply Chain teammates to provide accurate updates on factory output and issues.

Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the Manufacturing Development & Quality Control of Golf Club.
- Lead activities at suppliers to develop innovative, robust and sustainable manufacturing processes to support product design and development efforts; especially in the creation of processes related to new designs.
- Supplier source inspector training, mentoring and qualification.
- Facilitate, develop and implement methods and procedures for testing and evaluating products and processes for acceptability. Use data to validate conclusion.
- Lead all mass production readiness activities. Conduct process validation on FA/SA samples, PFMEA, PCP creation, pilot run oversight, process capability/capacity/lead time review, STD and limit sample set-up, initial process audit, leading to on-time full production
release. Lead all engineering change related activities. Recognition and Gains:
- Working knowledge of Stainless Steel manufacturing processes(casting, machining, surface treatment, cosmetic finish, assembly).

Main responsibilities:
- Own the workstream of the Golf club project plan; responsible for making adjustments, revising documents, procuring components for modification and testing validation.
- Perform manufacturing engineering assignments associated with the integrity of product design to assure quality and cost-effective production. Maintain acceptable ingredient/product quality standards.
- Ensure efficient manufacturing through effective achieving quality, cost, operating specifications, customer and company standards and requirements. Improve production processes and achieve cost reduction.
- Plan, define and implement new manufacturing systems as needed for new product introductions. Recognition and Gains:
- Have direct experience going through 1 complete cycle from new product introduction to manufacturing process set-up and production process optimization.
- Experience conducting product assessments & approvals for incoming and outgoing goods. Gain a well knowledge about Golf Industry quality and related quality testing methods.
- Experience setting up a production cell (machine selection, part flow evaluation, process documentation like standard work or preventative maintenance schedules, manufacturing process troubleshooting/continuous improvement).
- Communication with all levels; collaboration, organizational and prioritization skills.
