Responsible for all sales activities, new business acquisitions, and overall sales results. Responsible for building and leading a sales team consisting of enterprise account executives. Developing and creating sales KPIs, rules of engagement, sales playbook, commission structure, new business strategies, training curriculum, SaaS best practices for enterprise and mid-market prospects, and all forecasting and sales pipeline management.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage the Growth Team (Sales) –daily standups and coaching.
- Recruit new sales talent – leverage extensive network and LI/recruiters to bring on talented new team members.
- Develop the team – build confidence, accountability, and strategies for lead gen, nurture, and closing deals.
- Acquire new business and expand business relationships with current clients.
- Provide Client Leadership – Provide expertise in high-level client meetings.d
