1. Initial development strategy & Program Master Timing
2. Initial estimate of markets and volumes and estimated production volume for
each vehicle

5. Be aware of all issues and understand the consequence of these issues on
partners and all downstream program activities and must cover cost, timing,
quality, risk.
6. Create requirements for powertrain on all levels
- System powertrain
- Subsystem e-drive, battery, charger

7. Component selection of all third-party components
- Definition of technical and functional requirements
- Comparison regarding volume, weight, cost, performance, efficiency etc.
8. Scouting and evaluation of third-party suppliers for powertrain components
9. Planning and coordination of commissioning and testing/validation on vehicle
level for PAD Powertrain & Autonomous Driving incl. management of test

17. 规划设计铸造车间缸体铸造模具，砂芯模具结构、分型面选择、模具加工方式选择、开模方式优化。

19.与QMT及物流部门一起对供应商的生产设备及研发台架进行评审，并对供应商进行支持，以达到宝马及华晨宝马的标准

1.负责发动机轴瓦生产线及连杆生产线先期质量策划，领导并组织相关部门对P-MFEA失效模式进行定期讨论，从而给新产品和新

2.负责轴瓦生产线及连杆生产线工艺规划，制定项目计划，确定工艺布局。
3.领导并组织相关工艺工程师、工装工程师、检具工程师、刀具工程师及质量工程师对新项目进行定期回顾并确定项目进展的时间
节点。
4.管理项目团队并及时跟进项目进展状态，管理并负责项目投资及预算。
5.确保客户的需求跟项目产品开发、设计的输出相一致，以达到客户的满意。
6.负责新技术的开发及应用，确保生产线的设计及工艺布局的设计符合工业工程的逻辑要求。
7.负责与项目相关的各个部门经理沟通，以保证项目进展的及时性和有效的可执行性。
8.负责并组织轴瓦和连杆生产线新产品的试生产、小批量生产和批量生产的过程。

10.组织相关的工程师对新设备的预验收、设备能力测试、压力测试以至最终的安全移交。

12.负责轴瓦及连杆批量生产过程中因产品变更引起的工艺、设备变更，参照工艺要求确定设备技术方案。
13.负责项目组工作经验及教训总结，以及在爬坡后将工作移交给生产部门。
14.责与美国同志的沟通与协作，转化美国的相关技术到本地。
