distributed I/O baskets, ET200iSP, operator workstations (OS1, OS2) and
engineering station (ES);
- Control and measuring sensors for measuring temperature, pressure, humidity,
oxygen concentration, vibration, units of technological and commercial flow of
gas and liquids;
- Distributed gas analysis and fire detection system “MiniMax”;
- Actuators, single-turn and multi-turn gate valves, pneumatic and
electromechanical valves, AUMA electric gate valves;
- Power generation system based on two gas piston power plants and an
emergency diesel generator set with a station for synchronizing power sources
and ATS;
- Frequency converters manufactured by Danfoss, Siemens, ABB;
- Fire extinguishing system for the end product storage tank park.
During operation, the number of plant downtimes associated with
troubleshooting has been reduced; complex operation time increased from 65%
to 90% of the total time.

Designed and implemented work algorithms (software) for HVAC systems
based on program logic controllers from Siemens (S7-1500 series, S7-300series).
