The company is a private enterprise and an entrepreneurial company. I am in charge of the HR and Admin departments. The main responsibilities include:
1) Participate in the company's strategy formulation and implement strategic landing planning, including organizational business model design, introduction of strategic human resources, development and organization of the company's overall business management plan and annual work plan, and responsible for fulfilling the responsibility objectives and annual plans;

Role: I am fully responsible for the HR & Admin management of VXI China.
