Sales Rep – Health care sales manager (Wales and Southwest) 3M (Healthcare)
· Business to Business product sales and promoting Business Development. Client Relationship Management across Wales and Southwest UK
· Develop new business within my regions by being competitive and sustaining a healthy relationship.
· Revenue generation through distributor negotiation & liaise with Channel Distributors daily
· I liaise with NHS practices, Corporate and private practices and target the correct products for every level of business.
· Work towards targets, work on various campaigns to increase sales on selected products.
· Emphasised product features based on analysis of customers' needs. Communicate with customers on national promotions, also use of own initiative to provide customer incentives.
· Regular visits to clients across UK, every fortnight I stay on patch where I conduct cold calling and planned visits face to face to maintain cliental relationship and grow business.
· Prioritised daily workflows, including all inbound calls, outbound calls, quotes, and sales-related enquiries.
· Wrote sales contracts for orders obtained and submitted orders for processing.
· Using all communication methods – social media, phone calls, email, face to face.
· Repeat sales, client retention. Developing sales from existing clients, gaining leads which lead to opportunities of prospective customers, turning the leads into profit.
· Fact finding from the principles is key, so I understand the structure of their practices and I get tailor to their needs.
Achievement: Achieved over £120,000 in new business during the 1st quarter 2016 and Quarter one of 2017 (107% vs target). 2016: Target £1.4 million Achieved £1.39million 2017 target was £1.2 million. Achieved: £1.15 million still within 95% of target
