• Develop and implement O&M HSE Management Plan and other HSE
documents for the operation phase
• Develop daily, monthly and annual HSE plan
• Develop hazard assessment register for Operation phase
• Develop related HSE permit to work, procedures, checklists, and training
materials in local language
• Develop annual HSE training plan
• Provide HSE training to organisation
• Develop and maintain Environmental & Social (E&S) implementation and
monitoring O&M contractor compliance
• Conduct regular site inspection to verify the correct implementation of the
HSE aspects
• Liaise with stakeholders in relation to E&S aspects
• Monitor and report site HSE issues
• Conduct incident/near-miss investigation and its report
• Monitor SCADA System and analyze SCADA data
• Implement operations and maintenance program
• Coordinate, manage and follow-up the services provided by O&M
subcontractors
