Job responsibilities
1. Formulate a motor development project planning plan, prepare project development feasibility analysis, group composition, benchmarking, FMEA establishment, investment budget, etc.

Job responsibilities:
1. Formulation of the internal test standard of BLDC motor company for electric vehicles of new energy electric vehicles. 2. Formulation of motor benchmark documentation & motor design development & DFEMA. 3. Motor simulation calculations , magnetic circuit design analysis. 4.IATF16949 Management and compilation of certification documents. 5. Instruct the motor thermal field analysis. 6 Contact the manufacturer for sample material selection, program demonstration, sample production and testing. 7. PWM debugging test.
