工作职责和业绩:
Manage the test team to assign proper workload to all team members.
Coordinate test and dev in software life cycle.
Use Automation Testing to verify WFM defects and data in SQL, Java, and other testing unit.
Design testing charters and manage testing progress for the whole team.
Conduct smoke and acceptance test according to charters.
Write reports of testing of new requirements features, components, and technical designs.
Customer requirement gathering and help to bring about cooperation
Analysis of customer needs and write project proposals
Coordination the customers and internal departments to promote the implementation of advance consultation plan
Diagnosis, analysis and optimize of customers’ requirements problem, providing consulting solutions and recommendations.
Provide WFM business logic training to local or oversea companies through WebEx or onsite.
Provide remote app system upgrading of WFM on Citrix/Vsphere
Give solutions to global customers on CRM such as Tele2, Teleperformance, China mobile southern base, UMS, Nespresso, Megafone, etc.
Take charge of business scheduling for the sites of China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, make proper scheduling according to their detail demand, optimize schedules to let sites have high efficiency and get good feedback in order to renew contract with partner/customers.
Solve global cases inquiry of WFM or troubleshooting issue remotely.
Support cloud users to maintain WFM deployment on MS Azure.
Customer callback to maintain the relationship and seek the potential needs.
