（1） 通过审核采购价格、核算报价单找出不合理差异，在通过和供应商多次商谈后要求合理降价，从而达到有效的成本控制；

（2） VAVE降本与SQE和相对应的技术工程师沟通交流尽量（选用达标材料优化材料，结构优化，工艺优化），减少不必要的开支；从而达到降本的任务；

三、.产品先期开发供应商的选定以及管理:

（1） 接研发部门产品开发技术通知单后，接收具体产品SOR，分析产品特性，找出适合做该产品类型的优质供应商，在分别参与报价竞标。综合考虑各方面原因（如供应商认证体系，现客户群体，注册资本，技术研发团队实力，质量管理团队实力，以及合理的报价单和交付时效性。）后选定开发供应商；
