· Turn customers’ needs into product specification and roadmaps
· Manage global and Asia regional products produced in China and Japan, focusing on product standardization and improvement
· Drive and maximize profitability with the product cost&pricing
· Marketing companies/exhibitions/seminers with 4Ps
· Global IT free cooling product selling for datacenter in Asia(mainly China&Japan)

Responsibilities:
· Focus in product management of STC (Small Tonnage Chiller) product in Asia scroll and screw chiller markets
· Coordinate with global STC PM team, to define the product road map and product development plan, to meet regional and global business needs
· Drive the business by making good decisions and influencing the others in the organizations
· Manage the product lifecycle by closely working with sales marketing, factory and engineering team
· Deliver and maintain the qualified internal documentary to support product launch and sales, such as product literatures and sales tools, etc

Responsibilities:

· Key customers visiting in main segments
· Market and competitors' products analysis for sales tools
· Coordinate sales&marketing to implement business growth strategy.
· Internal and external trainings for industrial &IT cooling solutions.
· Design institute and consultation solution selling

- Develop new air conditioning units yearly with innovative concept and technologies
