Department: Purchasing & Parts Quality Management
Position: Parts Quality Manager; Team coordinator
Main Responsible Parts/Process and Role:
Air intake system, Cooling module, Exhaust system, HVB system, Fuel tank and pipe system, Drain system, Start system, etc.
The process/technical include: ADC, Injection, Blow molding, Rubber extension, Welding, Stamping, PCBA, Surface treatment. Etc.
1. As department coordinator and sub-team manager, work together with department leader build up team strategy and roadmap, team KPI monitor and achievement.
2. Team daily business operation management. All projects’ activities monitoring.
3. Supplier and supply chain optimization and improvement. Department VPS projects executing.
4. As team internal communication interface, attend all relevant management meeting
5. Team member competency matrix evaluation and overall training plan. People annual performance assessment.
6. As interface for external and internal Audit.
7. Projects and products industrialization, new product launch.
8. Annual requalification audit, process serious& product audit.
9. Projects and Supply chain risk management.
10. Suppliers change management.
11. Leading quality problem solving.
12. Quarterly evaluate supplier overall performance.
13. Responsible for the sustainability and continuously components quality of LC supplier.
14. Support global project and quality issue solving.
