工作描述：
● 公司主营业务包括医疗大健康，海外辅助生殖，冷冻卵子，卵巢保养、细胞修复等。

● 1. 协助CEO制定公司中、长期战略发展规划、竞争策略等，并负责组织实施、监控，推动战略经营目标实现；

● 2. 协助CEO洽谈海内外渠道，提供专业意见。

● 3. 全面参与公司的日常业务运营管理，制定运营中心各部门的战略发展和业务计划，完善业务运作流程体系，优化业务环节， 提升业务营运效率

● 4. 监督管理海内外执行团队，解决并协调执行中遇到的问题。

● 5. 建设并管理销售团队，带领销售团队完成公司赋予的销售指标

● 6. 结合公司主营业务和业务特性，建立支持业务、成本控制为核心的业务项目核算与管理。

● 8. 团队管理：培养核心骨干，帮助各部门设定并实现目标并进行差异化辅导

公司直营业务包括：公关活动、品牌推广等；

1. 对接客户、跟进项目、发掘新客户;

3. 项目小组总体项目跟进、安排每个项目员项目工作、把握每个项目成本利润对比、项目小组月季度统筹安排 ；
